What the app does
The local MCP provides a connection check and daily summaries for up to 14 dates per request. Available fields include steps, total calorie expenditure, active calorie expenditure and sleep minutes. Optional meal records are entered by the account holder.
A separately configured daily task can update recent dates in Google Sheets and generate analysis in the current chat. Scheduled runs depend on the local app and its connections being available. Missing values remain unknown, and data quality warnings remain visible.
Google permissions
The app also checks that the Google account is linked to Google Health. It does not modify Google Health records. Writing summaries to Sheets uses a separate, existing Google Drive / Sheets connection. IFTTT authorisation is not reused.
Where your data goes
- Google Health to your MacAfter Google authorisation, the local process retrieves activity aggregates and sleep sessions over HTTPS.
- Daily summaries to Google SheetsChatGPT / Codex uses its connected Google tools to save summaries in the account holder’s chosen Sheet and read voluntary meal records.
- Context to OpenAIRelevant health summaries, meal records and tool results are sent to OpenAI through ChatGPT / Codex to generate answers and analysis. This processing is not offline.
- Analysis in your chatResults stay in the current chat through the chosen workflow. Google and OpenAI handle their respective copies under their policies and the account’s settings.
Google Health may reconcile records from a wearable, phone, other apps or manual entries. The app does not label every result as Fitbit-only data.
Stop, revoke and delete
Disable the daily task or local MCP to stop its runs. Revoke Personal Health MCP in your Google account’s third-party connections to withdraw Google Health access. These are separate actions.
Existing Sheets rows, chats, local credentials and logs are not automatically deleted by revocation. Stop syncing before deleting Sheet records, then manage each stored copy separately. See the deletion details.
