1. Scope
Personal Health MCP is a local tool for the account holder to review authorised Google Health records, save summaries to a chosen Google Sheet, and obtain general activity and meal analysis through ChatGPT / Codex. The public website provides information and policies. It does not offer a public registration, health account connection or paid service.
Use only an account and records you are authorised to access. Do not use the tool to obtain someone else’s health information without their permission, or to bypass Google’s access controls or service policies.
2. Permissions and connected services
You choose whether to authorise the requested Google Health read-only activity and sleep permissions. These allow broader data categories than any single displayed field. The app reads activity aggregates and sleep sessions; it does not change Google Health records.
Sheets synchronisation and AI analysis involve separate connected services. Relevant summaries and voluntary meal records are stored in Google Sheets and provided as model context to OpenAI through ChatGPT / Codex. Review the privacy policy and the applicable Google, OpenAI and hosting policies before using the workflow. Use third-party accounts and data controls compatible with the applicable Google API data-use restrictions.
You control access to your Mac, Google account, chosen Sheet and chat account. Keep credentials private and review sharing settings before storing sensitive information.
3. Data quality and availability
Device measurements, calorie expenditure, meal estimates and AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or inaccurate. Google Health may reconcile several data sources. Source calendar dates may differ from the reporting timezone, and delayed device sync can change earlier summaries.
Missing data is not a zero measurement. A successful authorisation or API response does not prove that a device was worn, synced or recorded a complete day. Check source records and quality warnings before relying on a result. Total calorie expenditure may already include activity expenditure; the workflow should not add them together.
Scheduled runs depend on the local computer, app, permissions, network and connected services. There is no promise of continuous availability, a specific delivery time, complete historical coverage or permanently free third-party access. Service changes may require updates or reauthorisation.
4. General information
The app and its AI analysis are not a medical service. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, a precise calorie prescription or emergency monitoring. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not use this workflow as an emergency service.
5. Stop using the workflow
You can disable the daily task or local MCP and revoke the app’s Google Health access in the Google account’s third-party connections. Stopping runs, revoking access and deleting data are separate actions.
Existing Sheets records, chats, logs, local encrypted credentials, Keychain entries and original downloads may remain. Stop syncing before deleting Sheets records to prevent them being written again. Manage each copy separately using the relevant account or device controls. The app has no one-click operation that deletes every copy, and its read-only access cannot delete source Google Health records.
6. Changes to this project
The personal implementation may change or stop. Any new data access, sharing purpose or public account availability requires updated disclosures and any required consent before it is introduced. These terms do not replace the terms of Google, OpenAI or other connected services.
7. Contact
